The Rev’d Marcus George Halley serves the Episcopal Church in Connecticut as the Dean of Formation. He joined ECCT in October 2019 after serving as Rector of Saint Paul’s Church on Lake of the Isles in Minneapolis and Missioner for Evangelism for the Episcopal Church in Minnesota. He also serves as Missional Priest-in-Charge of Church of the Holy Spirit in West Haven, CT. His role as Dean of Formation is to shepherd and support those in formation to serve the Church and world as priests and deacons while working with the Canon for Mission Leadership to provide ongoing support for new clergy. Additionally, he is the primary staff contact for the Commission On Ministry (COM) and works to implement the recommendations of the COM.
